This policy explains what information Prime Masters collects, why, and how it's handled. Prime Masters is a GDN Prime product.

Information in the facilitator directory

Facilitator profiles (name, photo, subject specialties, location, years of experience, phone number, WhatsApp number, and email address) are added and maintained by the Prime Masters admin team, typically at the facilitator's request or with their consent, so that visitors can find and contact them directly. This information is shown publicly on the site by design. A facilitator who wants their profile corrected or removed can reach us via the Contact page.

Information you submit through the contact form

If you use the Contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and message. That information is sent to our inbox by email and used only to respond to your inquiry — it is not added to the public directory or used for marketing.

Administrator accounts

Prime Masters administrators sign in with an email and password managed through our authentication provider, Supabase. Admin credentials are never visible to site visitors.

Who processes this data

• Supabase — hosts our database, authentication, and facilitator photo storage.
• Resend — delivers email sent through the Contact form.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Children's information

Prime Masters lists contact information for facilitators offering services, not personal information about children. If you believe a child's information has ended up on the site, please contact us and we'll remove it promptly.
